CCC All Financial Aid Directors Meeting - $150

It is expected that all colleges will send their Directors (or a designee approved by the Chancellor's Office) to the All Financial Aid Directors Meeting.

A tentative agenda including meals provided, will be provided in the Chancellor’s Office meeting announcement distributed on CFAO-all.

CCC Pre-Conference Financial Wellness Training - $125

We are excited to continue to offer valuable financial wellness training to our colleges. This is an open event. (We welcome anybody on campus who are interested, planning, or already delivering financial wellness on campus.)

2018 CCCSFAAA Financial Aid 101 Pre-conference Training Session  - $125

CCCSFAAA is pleased to offer special pre-conference Financial Aid 101 sessions at minimal cost to first time attendees to the CCCSFAAA conference and new Financial Aid staff. To register, you must register for the CCCSFAAA conference first. These sessions are designed to introduce new financial aid professionals to financial aid concepts, processes, and programs.

    *There will be on-site registration for this conference. However, if you register at the conference, you must make payment by check or credit card at that time.

    Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No requests for refunds will be honored after the close of business on March 7, 2019.
  • All requests for CCCSFAAA Conference refunds, due to cancellations, must be made by email to Becky McCall, CCCSFAAA Treasurer, no later than March 7, 2019. You may submit your request for refund at bmccall@shastacollege.edu.
  • The cancellation date shall be the date the email request is received by the Treasurer.
  • All cancellations will be assessed a $50 membership dues fee for 2019.
  • All cancellations must complete the web form at www.cccsfaaa.org. Select “Conference”, then “Registration”, and complete the “Cancel Registration” section no later than March 7th 2019.

  • This is a multi-part registration and is not complete until you reach the final invoice page.

  • Initial Registration
    I AM in the CCCSFAAA database
    Fill in your Username and Password. Your next screen (Part 2) will be your Member Profile as it currently appears in the database. You may change your password and make any other necessary corrections. Click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

    I AM NOT in the CCCSFAAA database
    Your next screen (Part 2) will be a blank Member Profile page. Select a password. Do not use personal information for your password since this will be emailed to you. You will receive a copy of your Username and Password by email, following your registration. Use these for any future registrations. Complete the form and click "Continue" to go to Part 3.

  • Revise Registration
    If you are returning to revise your conference registration, please use the "Revise Existing Registration" section below. Enter your Username and Password. Part 2 is your Member Profile. In Part 3, your previous selection(s) will be shown. Make any necessary changes. Your previously entered registration information will be deleted and replaced with the new.

  • Cancel Registration
    Cancelling a Registration? Select "Cancel Registration" and enter your Username and Password. Your registration will be deleted from the records and cannot be recovered.


    IMPORTANT: All registration payments should be made no later than at the conference by check or credit card. No exceptions will be made and purchase orders cannot be accepted as payment.
