We offer three types of opportunities for exhibition or sponsorship at the Annual Conference:
- Exhibitor tables: $1000 - Each exhibitor will be provided a 72" x 30" table and two chairs. One complimentary associate membership and
conference registration is included per table. Please contact Mike Dear, CCCSFAAA Exhibitor Coordinator, with the name of the person(s) who
should receive the complimentary membership/registration. He can be
contacted at email@example.com.
- Sponsorship of a break:
We are planning three breaks (Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning, and Wednesday afternoon) for the conference. Please consider sponsoring a break. For those who take advantage of this opportunity, you will have your company recognized in the program, mentioned at the opening session and at sessions that immediately precede the break and on a prominently displayed sign in the ballroom during breaks. The costs for sponsoring a break ranges from $1000-$3000, with more information provided in the vendor registration form (sign-in below).
- Spring Conference donation: Any amount welcome. You will receive verbal recognition
at all events, and an announcement during the welcome/opening session. Assuming your donation is registered and received in time, written recognition in the Spring Conference program will also be provided.
- Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
- A 100% refund of paid Exhibitor fees for the CCCSFAAA Annual Conference is allowed if cancelled on or before the close of business on Friday, March 7, 2019.
- All cancellations must complete the web form below. Use the "Cancel Sponsorship" option.
- The cancellation date shall be the date the web form is submitted.
